We aim to provide you with as much information as we can about our products so you can make an informed purchasing decision, however we will allow you to return an item if it is not what you require within 30 days of receipt as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.

Important Note: If any product was a special order we may not be able to offer a refund. Please contact our sales department on for further details.   

Upon receipt of the item(s) at our premises we will refund the full value of the item(s) subject to them being unused, in their original condition and packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Important Note: Before returning the goods you must contact our office for delivery options and warehouse locations.
